Reading this post left me with mixed emotions.

1) Wow, I’m over the hill already! :-/

2) It’s really great to see intelligence, drive and innovation being recognized. We should not have to toil at a job for decades just to be legitimized and listened to. Social media is recognized as being game-changing, and it was vision and passion that got us there. Yes, now we old farts (I kid, I’m 31) need to try to figure out the boring stuff like ROI and standards. But at least the rock stars are out there making things happen!
